At PWS sports are integral part of its curriculum. Along with academics, various indoor and outdoor games facilities are available for students. It ensures physical, social and emotional development of children along with their cognitive development, because PWS believes that “A healthy mind lives in a healthy body”. physical activity helps reduce stress and prevents some cases of depression. Exercise reduces anxiety, and consistent activity provides more relief for anxiety and depression.

If indoor games are excellent ways to keep the child mentally healthy outdoor games keeps them physically fit. Games are not only engaging but they also help to develop their physical, mental and intellectual skills. Playing games as a group even make them more social. At PWS we ensure that every child is exposed to both sides of the world in order to help make them better and well-rounded personalities.
